Harrison Reed has today joined Championship side Norwich City on a season-long loan.
The ginger-haired midfielder has found first-team opportunities limited and it would seem that the club are keen for him to get regular football at a decent level with a lot of competition in his position at St Mary’s.
The 22-year-old made nine appearances in all competitions last season but is behind Oriol Romeu, Steven Davis, Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg, Jordy Clasie and James Ward-Prowse in the pecking order.
Reed joins up with the Canaries as they look to return the Premier League after being relegated in 2016.
